Kalabsha Temple is a Roman-era Nubian temple dedicated to the god Mandulis, originally built near Aswan, Egypt, under Emperor Augustus. Threatened by flooding from the Aswan High Dam and Lake Nasser, it was dismantled stone by stone between 1961 and 1963 by a West German team under UNESCO's Nubian Monuments Campaign and reassembled at New Kalabsha, near the dam.
