The Great Pyramid of Khufu at Giza, Egypt, was built around 2560 BCE as the tomb of the Fourth Dynasty pharaoh Khufu, the largest of the three Giza pyramids at an original height of about 146.6 meters. It is the sole survivor of the ancient Seven Wonders and part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Memphis and its Necropolis.
The Pyramid of Khafre at Giza is the tomb of the Fourth Dynasty pharaoh Khafre, who reigned circa 2558-2532 BC. Originally 143.5 meters tall, it is the second-largest of the Giza pyramids and still retains patches of its original smooth limestone casing near its summit. The nearby Great Sphinx is widely believed to represent Khafre.
The Great Sphinx of Giza is a limestone statue of a reclining lion with a human head, carved from bedrock on the Giza plateau and generally attributed to the Fourth Dynasty pharaoh Khafre, around the 26th century BCE. It measures about 73 meters long and 20 meters high, making it one of the largest monolithic statues in the world.
